Familiarize Yourself with the Rules

  1. The "Kaszub" campsite, hereinafter referred to as the "Campsite", located in Dębki at 5 Łąkowa Street, is a place for summer recreation for tourists, hereinafter referred to as "Guest".
  2. The Campsite administration can be reached at phone number: +48 668 283 043 and email address: kaszub@kpkspzoo.pl.
  3. The primary goal is to spend leisure time at the Campsite safely and satisfactorily, and the provisions of these Terms will help achieve that objective.
  4. The Campsite is managed by Krokowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Żarnowiec, 84-110 Krokowa, phone: +48 668 283 043, email: kaszub@kpkspzoo.pl.
  5. The Campsite reception is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00. During these hours, Guests are required to complete check-in formalities and pay the fee for the entire stay in advance on the day of arrival.
  6. Upon check-in on the day of arrival, the Guest receives a vehicle pass and a stay card, which must be affixed in a visible location on the vehicle, tent, motorhome, trailer, etc., for verification by the Campsite administration.
  7. The campsite staff assigns the camping spot for Guests. Guests are not permitted to independently choose, set up, or move their trailer, motorhome, tent, or vehicle as they see fit.
  8. The daily stay at the Campsite begins at 8:00 and ends at 9:00 the following day. If a Guest fails to vacate the camping spot by the specified time, an additional day’s fee will be charged according to the Campsite rate.
  9. The Guest is required to pay the tourist tax in accordance with the rate set by the Krokowa Municipal Council Resolution.
  10. Between 20:00 and 21:00, it is possible to enter the Campsite after prior notification by calling the reception and providing the vehicle number; the campsite fee must then be paid at the reception by 9:00 the following day.
  11. Arrivals or departures of Guests checking in during nighttime hours must be arranged with the Campsite reception.
  12. Guests setting up a trailer for the 2024 season are required to sign a contract on the day of arrival and pay fees according to the rate.
  13. Owners of wintering trailers, whose contract expires on 30.06.2024 and who wish to continue their stay, must sign a new contract and pay the fee according to the rate.
  14. The Campsite does not provide parking services for unregistered persons.
  15. An unplanned departure due to weather changes or other circumstantial reasons is non-refundable, in accordance with the issued card and paid stay fee.
  16. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 6:00; during these hours the main gate is closed while the side gates remain open.
  17. The daily stay in holiday cottages lasts from 15:00 to 12:00 the following day.
  18. The Guest of a holiday cottage is required to report any defects to the Campsite administration on the day access is granted to the cottages.
  19. Guests of holiday cottages are financially responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or destruction of items and technical equipment caused by their fault.
  20. There is a complete ban on smoking in the cottages.
  21. It is forbidden to light bonfires, open fire pits, to cordon off or designate areas, to use jacuzzis, saunas, or to wash vehicles.
  22. Showers and washrooms are operational from 6:00 to 24:00, with possible technical breaks for cleaning, sanitation procedures, and maintaining a continuous hot water supply.
  23. Only Guests registered at the Campsite may remain on the premises until 22:00; staying longer requires payment of an additional fee. Visitor parking is permitted exclusively in the designated Campsite parking area and is subject to the applicable rate.
  24. There is an absolute ban on parking vehicles, trailers, and setting up tents within fire safety zones on the Campsite.
  25. There is an absolute ban on leaving or disposing of bulky waste (e.g. furniture, chairs, tables, windows, large toys, bicycles, strollers, used electrical and electronic equipment, waste from demolitions and renovations, etc.).
  26. Guests operating motorized vehicles on the Campsite must exercise extreme caution and limit their speed to 15 km/h. This requirement also applies to bicycles, scooters, and other vehicles.
  27. Waste segregation is mandatory on the Campsite. Waste should be disposed of only in the designated and clearly labeled containers and bags.
  28. Children on the Campsite must be under the supervision of their parents or guardians who are directly responsible for them. The use of playgrounds and equipment on the Campsite must be supervised by adults. The Administration is not responsible for unsupervised children.
  29. Animals are permitted on the Campsite, and their owners are required to: have an up-to-date vaccination record, ensure proper care so as not to disturb the peace, provide a designated pet bed, clean up after their animals, and keep them on a leash and with a muzzle.
  30. The area (platform or porch) extending beyond the designated zone of the tent, trailer, or motorhome is subject to an additional fee, calculated based on its size.
  31. Washing dishes and other items by Guests is permitted only in the designated area located at the dishwashing station.
  32. It is forbidden to wash shoes or dishes in the publicly accessible washrooms – the shower and toilet areas.
  33. Before leaving the Campsite, the Guest is required to clean up the area they occupied.
  34. Audio-visual equipment must be used in a manner that does not disturb the peace of other Guests.
  35. Guests opting for a power connection must have a cable with the appropriate technical specifications to enable the connection. To obtain a power connection, it is necessary to have a 3-core cable with insulation designed for outdoor use with a cross-sectional area of no less than 1.5 mm², and all connections must be hermetically sealed. The maximum power consumption for one connection is 2.3 KW with a 10A protection under the basic rate. Any additional power demand – such as a second power connection – requires the approval of the Campsite Administration, subject to technical capabilities during the stay, and will incur an additional fee according to the rate.
  36. The Campsite Administration is not responsible for the technical condition of extension cords.
  37. If the Campsite Administration identifies a real safety hazard, it may disconnect the faulty power cable from the supply without refunding the fee for power usage, until the cable is replaced.
  38. The Campsite Administration is not financially liable for valuable items belonging to Guests, such as money, jewelry, equipment, etc., left in tourist facilities (trailers, tents, motorhomes, cars, etc.).
  39. In the event of damage, loss, or destruction of entrusted Campsite equipment, the Guest is responsible for the incurred loss.
  40. The Campsite Administration may refuse accommodation to Guests who have grossly violated these Terms during a previous stay. Guests under the influence of intoxicants, those behaving aggressively, in a manner generally considered arrogant and vulgar, or those who do not respond to warnings from the Administration or Campsite security, may be denied accommodation, as may Guests who do not comply with the staff’s instructions regarding the positioning or moving of trailers, motorhomes, tents, or vehicles.
  41. Violation of these Terms and norms of tourist conduct authorizes the Campsite Administration to remove a Guest from the premises without refunding the paid fee for the stay.
  42. Staying on the premises of the Campsite implies knowledge of and acceptance of these Terms, and ignorance of them does not exempt one from compliance.
